This policy applies only to individual (B2C) purchases. Business or wholesale orders are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or incorrect. All references to “we” or “us” in this policy refer to Pool Alarm Asia (R&J Services Co., Ltd.).
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
● The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
● The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
● Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors are not eligible for return.
● Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] to request a return.
2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will email you the return shipping instructions and address.
3. Shipping the Item: Ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for all returnshipping costs (we recommend using a trackable shipping service).
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your return is approved or rejected.
● If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will also reimburse your original shipping cost.
● If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, please check with your payment provider before contacting us.
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
● Items that have been used or installed.
● Products returned without the original packaging.
● Clearance or final sale items (such as discounted or clearance products).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can promptly resolve the issue.
