For all orders placed on the Pool Alarm Asia website, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and safely. Below is our Shipping Policy, which describes how we handle order processing and delivery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Deliveries are handled by trusted third-party logistics providers. We share your name, address, and phone number with them solely for delivery purposes. These providers are carefully selected to adhere to all applicable laws and data protection standards, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or national holidays.
Pool Alarm Asia (R&J Services Co., Ltd.) is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once the package has been handed over to the delivery provider. From that point on, the risk passes to the customer. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will assist you in addressing any delivery issues through the delivery provider’s claim process or our return policy.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the item to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
