Warranty Coverage

● 3-Year Limited Warranty (from purchase date) – The BCone Pool Alarm is covered by a 3-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.

● Regional Use Only – Warranty applies only if the product is used within Thailand.

● Void if Modified – Warranty will be void if the product is altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

● Authorized Seller Only – To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must be purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor.

● Non-Transferable – Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

● Proof of Purchase Required – A valid proof of purchase (receipt or official invoice) must be presented when claiming the warranty.

● Subject to Terms – Warranty claims are subject to our Terms of Service.

Claim Instructions

● Contact Support – To initiate a warranty claim, contact the authorized seller or our customer support team at [email protected].

● Provide Documentation – When filing a claim, present your valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and describe the issue in detail.

● Product Return –If required, send the product back in its original packaging. Once we verify your claim, we will repair or replace the item as appropriate.
